Very well done program on a topic that is overlooked. There are all kinds of free online tests one can take to see if they suffer from anxiety, depression, a belief they are unicorns, etc. One gets the results but that is it: nothing about what to do next.
I think it was Laura who talked about the “hippie-dippie” philosophy. Don’t knock it. The 60s lasted 20 years. How do you think most of us survived? Denial was the alternative to Timothy Leary’s “Check In-Drop In-Drop Out” LSD model.
Again, a great program. I had my nephew listen and it gave him the courage to contact and go see a therapist. Keep up the podcasts! What are you going to do next?
