Great advice! Just to add a personal note: many of us have to get up in the middle of the night for kids, bathroom, whatever. I’ve found that in the summer time, with the light coming in earlier than I want to get up if I even glimpse the dawn I start walking up. The pre dawn sky is all blue light. I’ve researched this and the light doesn’t even have to enter your eyes. Your skin picks up on it as well. The bathroom lights, unless they are those special non blue lights, start the waking up process as well.
